• For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• If the product was received defective, you may return it immediately.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
